Many people ignore that to have a good night, you just need to follow some basic points. One of them is to do exercise and be as fit as possible.Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. In fact, regular exercise helps your entire cardiovascular system. the circulation of blood through your heart and blood vessels, work more efficiently. Exercise improves sleep by producing changes in chemical reactions throughout the body and the brain. Its effects may also be mediated by body temperature increases which occur with exercise. Exercise done in a pain free manner to improve circulation and joint health can both speed healing and reduce pain. Less pain equals better rest equals better healing and less pain.

Eating a diet full of fruits, vegetables, breads, and fibers will help to give the body more energy for exercise and taking on the events of a busy day. Eating like a pauper, meaning small light meals, in the evening allows us to go to sleep on an empty stomach. If your body is functioning normally, and you don't have stomach ulcers, going to sleep on a mostly empty stomach will allow you to sleep better.

Regular exercise also helps relax our minds. When we play a sport, run, lift weights, bike-ride, go for a walk or attend an aerobics class, our mind is cleared of other thoughts for a period of time. Regular use can lead to rebound insomnia. This occurs when a person quits taking sleeping pills and his or her insomnia comes back.

Exercise stimulates the body and aerobic activity before bedtime may make falling asleep more difficult. Exercising vigorously before bedtime may not work. Setting aside time every night to meditate, listen to relaxing music, to dialog and especially to hold your inner child is a loving way to prepare for bed. Exercising your body means you will sleep better at night as your body and your mind will be tired. It also helps you get fit for birth.

Late-night exercise can actually make it difficult to fall asleep at night. You'll see the most benefits when you exercise during the day or in the morning. Later, when your baby is consistently sleeping all night, every night, you can move bedtime a little later and judge whether the difference affects your baby's sleep.

so what about Insomina? Well, insomnia symptoms aren't always as obvious as you would think! Apart from the obvious excessive tiredness, insomnia affects moods, co-ordination, memory and more. Insomnia, however, refers to a medical condition in which sleeplessness is chronic, or occurs repeatedly.

Insomnia also happens a lot with women. Women sleep less soundly when they share a bed with a romantic partner, a study published this month in Sleep and Biological Rhythms found. Surprisingly, men actually sleep better when they sleep next to a woman. Women used to spend 40 more minutes a week doing unpleasant chores than a typical man; today the divide is 90 minutes.

Also you need to remember, that behind a great sleep, and a great night, it is a great bed and a good mattress. My advice is to choose good brands like  sealy posturepedic air beds and sealy posturepedic products and range of beds and sleepign products.
